This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that coaccused persons who are similarly placed have been released on bail by this Court in ABLAPL No.7855 of 2021 by order dated 06.07.2021. 4.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations, further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Rampur P.S.Case No.59 of 2021 corresponding to G.R.Case No.98 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., S.Rampur within three weeks hence

// 2 // and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
