Mr. Dayananda Mohapatra states that a reply dated 08.03.2022 by way of affidavit of Smt. Ananya Das, Secretary, Cuttack Development Authority has been filed in the Registry, which we find however is not available on the record.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for the O.P. No.2/CDA makes a statement at the Bar that the order dated 19.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.1456 of 2021 has since been complied with as the Lease Deed in favour of the petitioner being a sublessee has since been executed by the Cuttack Development Authority.
