This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Padampur P.S. Case No.186 dated 19.07.2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.736 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Padampur, for alleged commission of offences under Section 420/34 of IPC read with Section 66(C)/66(D) of the I.T. Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned, Additional Sessions Judge, Padampur, by order dated 17.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed and the petitioner being in custody since 20.07.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

It is needless to state here that the petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
