Through this Writ Petition the Petitioner has made an allegation of non-entertainment of application for demarcation request vide Annexure-3. Without entering into any such controversies at this stage, this Court observes, in the event the Petitioner resubmits such application before the competent authority by Monday (12th September, 2022), the same shall be accepted, registered and disposed of by passing a lawful order thereon within a period of three months thereafter, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.
