Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is widow of the person, who fell from a tree and died. His client made representation dated 17th May, 2022 which was forwarded to opposite party no.3 under cover of memo dated 4th June, 2022 issued by the Officer on Special Duty. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to consider his client's claim for compensation. 2.

Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made, the representation will be duly considered and dealt with.
