1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G.P. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for Opp. Party Nos.1 & 2 as well as Mr. Srinivas Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party No. 3.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the claim of the Petitioner to get the benefit towards burn injury when made the before the O.P. No. 3, the same has been duly forwarded to the Opp. Party No. 1 vide letter dtd.27.04.2022 and the said fact is reflected in the communication dtd.03.05.2022 under Annexure-7.

4. Since the claim of the Petitioner has already been forwarded to the Opp. Party No. 1 on 27.04.2022 as reflected in the communication issued by the Opp. Party No. 3 under Annexure-7, this Court while disposing the writ Petition directs the Opp. Party No. 1 to take a decision on such claim of the Petitioner as forwarded by the Opp. Party No. 3 on 27.04.2022 within a period of

// 2 // three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order. If the Petitioner is found otherwise eligible to get benefit, the same also be disbursed within the aforesaid period.

5. The writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
