1. The Petitioners' representations under Annexure-2 and 3 series Order No.

shall be examined by the Collector, Sambalpur (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party No.5, and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 9th January, 2023 and be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
