1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G.P. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for Opp. Party Nos.1 & 2 as well as Mr. Srinivas Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party No. 3.

3. It is submitted that because of the burn injury sustained by the Petitioner with regard to the LPG gas accident, which took place on 02.09.2017, the Petitioner made his claim before the O.P. No. 3 only on 27.05.2022 under Annexure-4.

4. Learned counsel appearing for O.P. No. 3 submitted that on receipt of such application the claim of the Petitioner has been recommended to the O.P. No. 1 vide E-mail dtd.17.09.2022.

6. In view of such position, this Court while disposing the writ Petition, directs the O.P. No. 1 to take steps on the claim of the Petitioner as made in Annexure-4 and forwarded by the Corporation

// 2 // vide E-mail dtd.17.09.2022 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. It is observed that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

7. The writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
