This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Sambalpur Sasan P.S. Case No.102 of 2018 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.59 of 2018 on the file of learned Special Judge-cum-Second Addl. Sessions Judge, Sambalpur running for the alleged commission of offence under section 363/366/ 376(2)(n)/376-3/114 of the IPC read with section-6 of the POCSO Act, has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 05.11.2020 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
