1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellants learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Appellants are in custody since 1st August, 2022 in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.266/2018 corresponding to T.R. Case No.63/2018 pending in the court of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Khurda.

4. It is alleged that the Appellants are close relations of the informant who had helped in assaulting and subsequently killing the deceased by drowning him in water. The husband, who is said to be the principal accused, namely, Dasia has in the mean time been released on bail and also the co-accused Bhasia, who stands almost on the same footing.

5. Considering the above facts and the materials on record, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Appellants be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that they shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default, necessary orders shall be passed by the court to take them to custody again.

6. The CRLA is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
