This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.636 of 2020, pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Boudh, arising out of Boudh P.S. Case No.246 of 2020, for alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act and is in custody since 03.10.2020. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Boudh by order dated 05.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Since the trial is at the flag end as per the report of the learned Additional District Judge, Boudh, dated 11.11.2022, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
