2. Mr. Bhol, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the order dated 04.11.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.21109 of 2020 has since been complied with, as the Encroachment Case No.190 of 2019 has been disposed of by the Tahasildar, Tirtol, Jagatsinghpur after the filing of the present contempt petition.

3. In view of the above, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
