This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T.(Spl.) Case No.91 of 2021 pending in the file of learned ADJ-cum-Special Court (POCSO), Jharsuguda arising out of Jharsuguda P.S. Case No.528 of 2021, offence under Sections 366/376(2)(n) of IPC under Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned ADJ-cum-P.O. Spl. Court, POCSO Jharsuguda by order dated 11.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering 164 Cr.P.C. statement and filing of charge sheet, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
