This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.411 of 2021, now S.T. Case No.62 of 2021 pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Parlakhemundi arising out of Rayagada P.S. Case No.76 of 2021, offence under Sections 376(2)(n)/506 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Paralakhemundi by order dated 24.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement which is on record and taking into account that charge sheet has already been filed in the

meanwhile, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
