The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties more particularly Opposite Party No.1Principal Secretary, Department of Co-operation, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to exempt the provisions of Section 123 of the Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962 from Sugar Industries, Aska as it has been declared as Central Society and Sugar Cane Growers.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. In support of his contention, he has filed a memo at Flag-X.
