1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner who is serving as a Headmaster in a Government Primary School belonging to Level-IV of elementary education service. He constrains to file a Writ application seeking of direction from the Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of the disciplinary proceeding initiated against him way back on 17.09.2019.

4. It is a matter of great regret that the disciplinary proceedings are kept pending for years together inflicting

// 2 // huge mental agony and pain in the employee and their promotional avenue also got blocked.

5. In such view of the matter, the authority should be sensitive enough to dispose of such disciplinary proceedings within a stipulated period.
