Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioners therefore pray that your Lordship may kindly be consider this writ application, admit the same, issue notice to the Opp. Parties to file show cause.

If the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, issue a writ of mandamus directing to Opposite Parties, more particularly Opp. Party No.2 & 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioners and give them priority while allotment of shop rooms will be made in newly constructed market complex.

And to pass such order/orders and to issue such other writ/writs which would afford complete relief to the petitioners.

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the self-same issue vide Annexure-4 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court

// 2 // disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-4 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the Writ Petition within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioners.
