1. The Petitioner seeks the quashing of an order dated 29th March, 2016, passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara in 2(C).C.C No.25 of 2016 taking cognizance against the Petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 17-A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Act) and Section 25-T thereof.

2. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. Nevertheless, it will be open to the Petitioner to urge all the pleas, raised in the present petition and the other pleas that the Petitioner may have before the trial Court at the appropriate stage in accordance with law, the petition is disposed of. The interim order if any stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
