This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard Mr.Sukanta Kumar Dalai, learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the StateVigilance Department. 3.

Considering the submissions and going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusation, further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners, in connection with Berhampur Vigilance P.S.Case No.59 of 2017 corresponding to G.R.Case No.42 of 2017 pending in the court of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur, they shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further

// 2 // condition that they will cooperate with the investigation as and when required for the said purpose.

Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
