This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R Case No.58 of 2020, pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Malkangiri arising out of Orkel P.S. Case No.105 of 2020, offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/27-A/25 NDPS Act, 1985 and 307 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, Maljangiri by order dated 08.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the factum of commencement of trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail application and I.A.

Since the petitioner is stated to be in custody since 13.06.2022, the learned Court is called upon to conclude the trial within the time stated to have been specified earlier by this Court. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
