1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Order No.

writ petition with liberty to approach the Principal CIT with review petition/representation. Liberty has already been granted to the Petitioners by the impugned order of the ITAT. If the review petition/representation is filed not later than 2nd January, 2023, it shall be disposed of by the Principal CIT within a period of two months thereafter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
