This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.09.2022 passed in the ABLAPL.

On the basis of submission made, learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary correction in the causetitle of the bail application in court today, so far as the G.R. Case number is concerned.

Accordingly, in the 5th line of para-5 of the order dated 06.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10412 of 2022, the "G.R. Case No.1780 of 2022" is hereby corrected and replaced by "G.R. Case No.331 of 2022".

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 06.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10412 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the
// 2 // Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. 8.
