This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is innocent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case No.149 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.Case No.1780 of 2022 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as may deem just and proper. 6.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
