This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.

Petitioner is a defaulting borrower in a Cash Credit Loan facility availed for a sum of Rs.7 Lakhs from UCO Bank, Zonal Office, Balasore, in the year 2018. By filing the present Writ Petition, challenge has been laid to the auction Sale Notice dated 27th July, 2022 fixing the auction sale on 29th August, 2022 of the mortgaged property for realization of the outstanding liability of around Rs.26 Lakhs as on today.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an unconditional withdrawal of the Writ Petition in view of the settlement having arrived at with the Bank.
