This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.09.2022 and extension of time to surrender. 3.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Prayer for modification is allowed. At the end of Para-5 of the order dated 06.09.2022, the following sentence is hereby added clarifying the condition of verification of injury :- "If the injuries caused to the injured are found to be grievous in nature, then this bail order shall not be given effect to". 5.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 06.09.2022, other conditions in the said order remaining intact.
