This is an application for modification of order dated 06.09.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the submissions, in the first three lines of Paragraph-6 of the order dated 06.09.2022 the following modification be made.

"The Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Rairangpur in G.R.Case No.01 of 2022 arising out of Rairangpur Town P.S.Case No.53 of 2022."

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 06.09.2022 6.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
