1. The Petitioner's representation dated 6th August, 2022(Annexure2 series) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Anandapur (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.4 and giving them a hearing, the Tahasildar, Anandapur (Opposite Party No.3) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 13th February, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
