Heard Mr. S. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. J. P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition challenging the notice of eviction passed by the Tahasildar, Dhamnagar dated 06.08.2022 under Annexure-1 series.

Since the Petitioners have come up challenging the notice of eviction, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appropriate authority by filing objection, if they are so advised, so that the matter can be considered and appropriate orders can be passed in accordance with law.
