This writ petition involves the following prayer: Under the circumstance it is therefore prayed that your lordships would be graciously pleased to admit the writ application call for records & after hearing the parties may be pleased to issue a writ/s, order/s, direction/s in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to allot agricultural lands in his favour from the identified lands of village-Nalapanga, district-Keonjhar, forthwith.

And further may pass any other order/s, direction/s as this Hon'ble Court deems just & proper;

And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Since this Court finds the petitioner, a physically handicapped Order No.

person, has already made an application to the District Magistratecum-Collector, Keonjhar-opposite party no.3, as borne from registered post receipt at page-12 of the brief, this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes in the event the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Keonjhar-opposite party no.3 has already in receipt of such application, shall work out the same involving the petitioner by completing entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
