Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A has been filed for modification of order dated 19.12.2022.

It is submitted that while releasing the petitioner on bail by order dated 19.12.2022, this Court inter alia directed as under in Paragraph-9;

"Additionally, it is directed that one of the immediate members of the family of the petitioner shall execute the P.R. bond in addition to the sureties fixed by the learned Court in seisin."

It is submitted that the petitioner does not have any member of the family to execute a P.R. bond for which the petitioner is still in custody though directed to be released on bail by order dated 19.12.2022. Hence, the prayer for modification. 5.

Considering the submission made at the bar that since the petitioner is still in custody in spite of the order dated 19.12.2022, this Court is persuaded to modify the order and recall the stipulation, as stated in Paragraph-9 of the order dated 19.12.2022.

The other stipulation(s) in the said order remain unaltered. 7.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on the production of the order of this Court dated 19.12.2022, sans paragraphs-9 and the order passed in this I.A. 8.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
