1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition and after hearing the Petitioner's counsel issue a writ/writs in nature of mandamus directing the Opp. Parties No. 3 to sanction 4600/- Grade Pay in the of P.N.2 (9300/- - 34,800/-) w.e.f. 0101.2013 to 31.03.2020 and pay Rs. 44900/- in Level-10 Cell-1 w.e.f 1.1.2016 attached to the promotional post in MACP entitlement to the post of Asst. Fishery Officer towards 2nd RACP on completion of 20 years of service as per the pay matrix ORSP Rules, 2017.

And pass any other order/orders as would be deemed fit and proper."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed an application

// 2 // at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition taking into account Annexure-1 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
