This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

1. Petitioner is a proprietorship concern of Mr. Kamalakanta Sahu, and is facing recovery process for outstanding liabilities under the SARFAESI Act. In the present Writ Petition, the prayer is for directing the bank to restore the physical possession of the secured asset upon acceptance of the amounts as determined in the Minutes of the Meeting dated 2nd June, 2022 of the Zonal Level Credit Committee (ZLCC).

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
