To avoid loss of time, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court observes, in the event the election process of the local Chakka Committee is yet to be over and the Competent Authority is in receipt of objection of the Petitioner, the election process shall be concluded keeping in view the objection of the Petitioner also.
