This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 26th August, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the Petitioner had approached the authority with 50% of the outstanding dues by drawing a bank draft in favour of Financer, but they did not accept the same. On the other hand, they are demanding 50% of the entire loan amount till 2025. 4.

Learned counsel for the Financer submits that the same is a blatant lie. The Petitioner has never approached the Financer seeking for details of outstanding dues as observed in paragraph-6 of the order dated 26th August, 2022. He has also not approached the Financier as stated in the petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner could not show as to whether the Petitioner had approached the Financer to provide him the details of outstanding dues.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the I.A..

Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.
