This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is permitted to carry out the correction in the cause title of the bail application in court today.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 4.
This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the allegations against the Petitioner is false and concocted one and incriminating materials are available against the Petitioner. 6.
Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Jashipur in C.T.Case No.115 of 2022 arising out of Jashipur P.S.Case No.121 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today and moves for
// 2 // bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate, but subject to furnishing a cash security of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand), which shall be kept in any Nationalised Bank in an interest bearing account in the name of the court in seisin over the matter. The Petitioner while on bail shall not indulge in any such criminal activities and shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the I.O. as and when required.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
