Seen the endorsement at Flag 'A' of the brief. 3.

The Petitioner in this writ application prays for a direction for early disposal of O.S.S.A Revision Case No.1 of 2018 stated to be pending before the Collector, NabarangpurOpposite Party No.2.

4. It is submitted that although there is no legal impediment for early disposal of O.S.S.A Revision Case No.1 of 2018, the authority is not taking any step for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner and in view of the order proposed to be passed, this Court feels it proper to proceed with the matter without waiting for the learned State counsel to obtain instruction.

6. This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner moves an application

// 2 // for early disposal of O.S.S.A Revision Case No.1 of 2018 stated to be pending before the Collector, NabarangpurOpposite Party No.2 detailing the grounds therein within a period of two weeks hence along with certified copy of this order, he shall do well to consider the said application and fix a firm date of hearing of the Revision Petition, if the same is otherwise ready and there is no legal impediment for its disposal and proceed with the matter accordingly. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
