1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.2/ Collectorcum- District Magistrate, Kandhamal to allow him to appear in the examination for recruitment test of Teachers in district cadre for the S.T. and S.C. Development Department School.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that another person has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 26.08.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.21509 of 2022 to appear in the said examination held on 28.08.2022.

5. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education submits that this Writ Petition has become infructuous, as the said examination has already been over.

6. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
