1. The Court is unable to understand why an appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 14th February,2020 of the learned single Judge in Writ Petition (Civil) No.2523 of 2006 filed by the present Appellant. The operative portion of the order in fact grants relief to the Appellant requiring the Respondent-Paradeep Port authorities to extend to the Appellant the financial benefit accruing to him pursuant to the earlier directions of the Court in a time bound manner. If according to Mr. Guru, the learned counsel for the Appellant that order is not being complied with, the remedy is not to file a writ appeal to challenge the order but institute other appropriate proceedings for non-compliance of the order.

2. Consequently, the Court is not persuaded to entertain the present writ appeal and it is disposed of as such.
