This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The Opp. Party No.1 has filed their compliance affidavit in the proceeding in response to the averments made in the writ petition. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 3.

We heard Mr. B. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel has submitted that the petitioner has challenged the Notification No.PT29-WCD-CW-MISC0019-2015-13660, dated 19.08.2022, Annexure-2 to the writ petition in as much as according to the petitioner, by the said notification, she has been demoted from the position of the Chairperson, CWC, District -Gajapati.

Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate has pointed out from the compliance affidavit that the impugned notification has been cancelled by the Notification No.PT29-WCDCW-MISC-0019-2015-15349/WCD, dated 19.09.2022, Annexure-A/1 of the said compliance affidavit, which has been filed in the proceeding today.
