Through the instruction memo it has been reported that the representation of the Petitioner has already been considered and disposed of in the meantime.

At this stage learned counsel for Petitioner alleges that there is no communication of the result in consideration of the representation to the Petitioner as of now.

Keeping in view the allegation of the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party-Contemnor to communicate the outcome involving the representation to the Petitioner forthwith for the Petitioner finding any further cause of action, if any. 4.

The Contempt Petition stands dropped.
