Heard Mr. K.K.Swain, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the StateOpposite Parties. 3.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) A writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ may be issued commanding the opposite parties to release the final pension, gratuity, unutilized leave salary and GPF dues in favour of the petitioner by regularizing his service period from 27.03.2018 to 03.01.2020 and 021.05.2020 to 30.04.2022, within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;

(ii) And any other order / orders or direction / directions may be issued so as to give complete relief to the Petitioner"

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 06.07.2022 at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to

// 2 // opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
