1. The Petitioner's representation under Annexure-3 series will be examined by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force, Odisha (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party Nos.9 to 30 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 19th December, 2022. A copy of the order be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
