1. This matter had been called in the first hour and passed over as the learned counsel for the petitioners was absent. When it is called in the second hour, i.e., after recess, none appears on behalf of the petitioners.

2. This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the entire criminal proceedings in connection with Balianta P.S. Case No.226 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1000 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., (O), Bhubaneswar.

3. This case had been filed on 8.1.2016 and was listed on 5.7.2016 and had been adjourned for one week on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioners. Thereafter, the matter is listed today.

4. Considering the fact that more than six years have elapsed in filing the CRLMP application and none appears for the petitioners when the matter is called, the CRLMC is dismissed for nonprosecution.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
