1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Petitioners have applied for the post of Initial Appointee Teachers (Hindi Teachers) pursuant to the advertisement dated 23.12.2021 issued by the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar. He further submits that though the names of the Petitioners find place at serial Nos.301 and 310 of the draft merit list in respect of S.E.B.C. category, but appointment orders have not yet been issued in their
// 2 // favour even if 12 vacancies are there against U.R. and S.E.B.C. categories. Learned counsel for the Petitioners further submits that the Petitioners have made a representation before the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar ventilating their grievance. But the same is still pending before the authority since 10.08.2022. However, there is no proof of submission of representation before the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

In such view of the matter, the Petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar within a period of three weeks hence. On such event, the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar shall consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioners in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of presentation of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order and a copy of the Writ Petition.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
