This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Kalinganagar (Duburi) P.S. Case No.170 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.346 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned N.G.N. cum J.M.F.C., Sukinda, Jajpur, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 420/468/471/120-B of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jajpur Road, by order dated 19.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, the punishment prescribed and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that some of the co-accused has already been released on bail by this Court as well as the learned Court in seisin over the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to be

released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
