Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to restrain the Opposite Parties from evicting the petitioner from the adjacent of Quarter M.A. 49 in Madhuban, Sandhakuda, Paradeep.

Since the petitioner is in unauthorized occupation of the land of Paradeep Port Trust and has approached this Court against the notice issued by the Authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this Writ Petition. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the authority concerned, if he is so advised. 5.
