Petitioner challenges the order of the mutation authority on the Order No.

premises that since on the selfsame property a civil suit is already there vide Civil Suit No.205 of 2020, pendency of Civil Suit should halt mutation and ought to be disposed of dependent on the Civil Court decree.

Keeping the above in view, this Court while declining to entertain the Writ Petition, however, observes, change in the recording, if any, on the basis of mutation order at Annexure-2 shall remain subject to the ultimate outcome in Civil Suit No.205 of 2020. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation only.
