This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard Mr. A. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Ch. S.Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer passed on 22.08.2022 under Annexure-2.

The Petitioner has been transferred from Sub-Jail Kendrapara to Sub-Jail Pallahara.

It is submitted that as on the date the Petitioner's children are prosecuting their study at Kendrapra and their study will be seriously hampered, if the petitioner will be transferred in the mid academic session. It is also submitted that no reliever has joined in place of the Petitioner at Kendrapara till date.

However, since the Petitioner has not made any grievance petition seeking modification of the order of transfer passed on 22.08.2022 under Annexure-2, this

// 2 // Court while disposing the Writ Petition permits the petitioner to move the Opposite Party No.2 in that regard. It is observed that if any such application is filed by the Petitioner by 30.08.2022, the Opposite Party No.2 shall take a decision on the same within further period of three weeks. Till a decision is taken by the Opposite Party No.2 on such application to be filed as directed by this Court, status quo as on date be maintained.
