Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering that there is urgent requirement for taking a decision in the matter of Kidney Transplantation, this Court to avoid loss of time disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Hospital Authorities-O.P.3 to transmit the case of the Petitioner to the Committee set up for the purpose within a period of three days from the date of communication of this order and on receipt of the claim of the Petitioner, the Committee shall do well in taking a decision on the claim of the Petitioner also keeping in view the observation and direction of this Court issued in disposal of W.P.(C) No.36242 of 2020 on 22.12.2020 within a period of three days thereafter. 3.
