Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the controversy involving therein as raised by the Petitioners, the Appellants in Mutation Appeal No.18 of 2016 for the settled position of law being settled by this Court itself, the jurisdiction of the Appellate Authority or even the Original Authority under Mutation Manual cannot be pressed to decide the controversy of the Petitioners/ Parties, if any. It is only for the Civil Court to take a call on such disputes. There is no dispute in Bar to such settled position of law 3.
This Court in the given circumstance, nothing prevented the Petitioners for approaching the Civil Court and getting even an exparte order of status quo, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Appellants therein wants to drop the Writ Petition with liberty to undertake appropriate civil exercise.
